Croftmill Cottage, Amulree

Accommodates up to 5 guests.

Escape to this charming farm cottage nestled in the heart of Glenquiach, the perfect base for walkers and cyclists alike. Situated on our working farm with views over Loch Freuchie, this property offers direct access to the scenic trails and tranquil surroundings of rural. Venture further afield to explore the charming villages of Blair Atholl, Kenmore, Dunkeld, and Pitlochry, each offering a taste of Highland culture and history.

The cottage itself features three inviting bedrooms consisting of a double, twin and a single and a convenient downstairs bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen and utility room provide all the essentials, whilst the cosy sitting room comes complete with a log burner and a Smart TV.

Outside there is a large, secure garden where you can soak up the ever-changing scenery. Dogs are welcome.

Muirybutts Cottage, Dunkeld

Accommodates up to 8 guests.

Situated in the picturesque countryside of Perthshire, this self-catering cottage is conveniently located just 4 miles from the charming village of Dunkeld, whilst also being within easy reach of Perth and Pitlochry.

With activities for everyone, visitors can enjoy golfing at Dunkeld & Birnam Golf Club or visit The Scottish Wildlife Trust’s Loch of the Lowes which is home to home to ospreys, beavers, red squirrels, wildfowl, garden birds and deer. Dunkeld itself boasts artisan bakeries, specialty shops, and a variety of pubs and restaurants, whilst thrill-seekers can explore the outdoors at the nearby Land Rover Experience or with Nae Limits multi activity centre.

Inside the cottage, choose to relax within the generous lounge that accommodates both a wood burner and Smart TV. For culinary enthusiasts, the well-equipped country-style kitchen/diner includes a pantry and a dining table by the bay window, with seating that overlooks the garden and rolling countryside. There is also a spacious hallway providing ample room to store walking boots and outdoor gear as well as a large utility room nearby.

Downstairs, you’ll find a super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, along with a separate WC. Upstairs, there is another super-king-size bedroom with zip-and-link beds, which can be converted into twins, as well as two single bedrooms, each featuring a trundle bed for additional guests. The accommodation is completed by a family bathroom and an en-suite shower room with WC in the master bedroom.

The front and rear gardens are fully enclosed, with the rear garden offering elevated views of the surrounding countryside. Dogs are welcome.

Burnside Farm, Stanley

Nestled just outside the village of Stanley in Perthshire, Burnside Farm offers a unique self catering break whilst being only 15 minutes from Perth, 30 minutes from Dundee and just over one hour from Edinburgh.

Within the local village of Stanley, there is a convenience shop and village pub as well as access to the popular Stanley Mills and River Tay. Daytime dining options are also available daily within the cafe at Active Kids Adventure Park. Further afield, well-known attractions include Scone Palace, Perth Concert Hall and Theatre and Perth Racecourse.

Step inside and you’ll find a generous space to socialise and entertain as well as five comfortable bedrooms that can sleep up to 12 people. The traditional kitchen is well-equipped and features an AGA and family dining space so everyone can gather together and share a meal.

Outside, Burnside Farm has its very own private garden that is home to a summer house and plenty of tranquil spaces. Neighbouring the Farm is the hugely popular Active Kids Adventure Park which offers both indoor and outdoor play experiences for children and adults alike! Guests who stay at Burnside Farm shall each receive a complimentary day pass to access the facilities at Active Kids.

Shian Schoolhouse, Amulree

Tucked away in scenic Glenquiach, Shian Schoolhouse is a charming character property currently under refurbishment to soon join our portfolio of holiday cottages.

This countryside retreat is perfect for families and friends seeking a luxurious escape surrounded by spectacular views.

Inside, the schoolhouse has three double bedrooms, including one with an en-suite. There is a spacious lounge with a cosy log burner as well as a farmhouse kitchen, utility room and pantry. Two additional bathrooms are also available in the property. Dogs are welcome.
