Snaigow Estate in the heart of Perthshire

Snaigow Estate sits in the heart of rural Perthshire, spanning between the towns of Crieff, Dunkeld and Blairgowrie. The Estate is made up of 12,000 acres of agricultural land lying across both Snaigow and Glenquaich estates. Both have long been a part of the local community, comprising in-hand farming, sporting interests, forestry, residential properties, tenanted farms and a children’s multi-activity centre alongside a myriad of employment opportunities.

Promoting Sustainability

Sustainability and the opportunity to enhance land for the benefit of the wider community remains the driving force behind many of the investment projects undertaken across the estate.

Projects to date include the proactive redevelopment of property assets to deliver a wider scope of rental properties, investment in renewable energy sources and extensive enhancements to the popular children’s multi-activity centre, Active Kids Adventure Park.
