Welcome to Snaigow Estate

Snaigow Estate is the name given to a combination of two estates: the lowground of Snaigow and the upland Glenquaich. Both have been in the Cadogan family for four generations, with the intention of enhancing them through sustainable practices that benefit the wider local community.

Snaigow Estate

Skirting the village of Dunkeld, Snaigow Estate has a varied landscape making it the ideal location for mixed farming and sporting management. Spead over 5,000 acres, it is home to grassland, crops, forestry and rough grazing and it hosts a mix of cattle, sheep and game birds.

Glenquaich

Located only 10 miles or so from Dunkeld, Aberfeldy and Crieff, Glenquaich spans an impressive 7,000 acres where the glens rugged landscape ranges from heather hill to grass parks and forestry. It is known for its incredible variety of wildlife and wide range of local biodiversity, which inspired the publication ‘Glen of the Lapwing’ by Keith Brockie.

Both estates are traditionally run and we pride ourselves in offering employment opportunities and housing, many of which are home to employees and their families. A number of holiday let properties and commercial buildings are also scattered across the estate.
